In consideration of the right to participate, entrants, participants and spectators by execution of this form, release and discharge the, Rodeo Family Relief Fund, The State of Montana, Flathead County, Columbia Falls City, Columbia Super Wash, Summer Get Down, their officers, employees, agents, servants, representatives, or anyone else concerned with the presentation of the “Summer Get Down Car Show” of any and all known and unknown damages, losses, injuries, and/or claims from any cause that may be suffered by entrants to his/her person or property. Each entrant agrees to indemnify any foregoing entities, forms, and persons of any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of an entrant or participant with entrant and under direction or control of the event.
